the location was great near shops and transport. i appreciated the cleanliness throughout the hotel and the room was well maintained. staff members were professional and responded quickly to all my requests. the hot drinks and vending machine was handy for quick refreshments.

the rooms are small and there isnt much space for luggage or even to move around. i also noticed the walls are thin, so noise from neighboring rooms easily travels through.

the room included air conditioning which was important, also the room had a double bed with a window. the space for luggage was limited but adequate for a short stay and i did find the bathroom clean. no closet space exists.

there is not a restaurant on-site, however vending machines are available with a few snacks. quick access to some nearby fast food places was also very convenient. there is a coffee machine on the ground floor costing £2 per cup that guests can use.

The room was small. There wasn't enough space to move. The bathroom door didn't close properly, so there was NO privacy. It was seriously disappointing.
